Pathway Discovery Proteomics Core (Inactive)

Overview of Services:

The Pathway Discovery Proteomics Core provide mass spectrometry proteomics services for identification of protein complexes and protein post-translational modifications. We specialize in antibody-based affinity purification of endogenous protein complexes, including characterization of suitable antibodies for immunoprecipitation, optimization of the cell culture conditions and lysis, and optimization of immunoprecipitation methods.
